Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: We ship our orders the same day they are placed, as long as they are placed before 2:00pm EST. Please keep in mind that high demand, large orders, or other special circumstances may delay your order slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a delay.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stoneham, Massachusetts USA. We do not dropship anything.
Q: Does TinyOne Systems ship internationally?
A: Yes! TinyOne Systems ships worldwide from our facility in Stoneham, MA.
Q: How do I know the item I want is in inventory
A: If the item is available for purchase it is in inventory. Ocasionally an item maybe available for purchase but be out of stock by the time you reach check out. This is due to multiple buyers purchasing the same item when inventory runs low. This is rare and if it happens to you we will notify you by e-mail and you may get a full refund or you may have a choice of a few other options.
Q: I just placed an order online - Can I modify it?
A: If your order is still with us and has not left our warehouse we will be more than happy to add to it or modify it in any way. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" form at the bottom right corner of your screen and make sure to include your order number.
Q: I’m a Local Customer or Will Be In Your Area – Can I Pick Up My Order?
A: No, currently we do not offer pick up but we are looking at a few different options, until then all orders will be shipped.
Q: Does TinyOne Systems Charge Sales Tax?
A: If you are a resident of Massachusetts, local sales tax of 6.25% will apply to your order; for all other orders within the United States, no sales tax will be applied. Please note that although TinyOne One Systems does not apply any taxes to orders outside of Massachusetts, If you live outside the United States your country may charge you VAT and or other customs and import taxes.
Q: How Do I Keep Track of My Order?
A: Once your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail with tracking information, for this reason it is very important that you provide a relieable e-mail address when you place your order. if you don't get tracking information within 24 hrs of placing your order contact us with the order number and we will update this information for you.
Q: I Received an Email Stating “UnderReview4Risk”?
A: If you receive this email, your order has been flagged by our fraud protection system, and there will more than likely be a message from our shipping department requesting information from you before shipping. Having a shipping address in a different country than the billing address will trigger a red flag. We will not ship to an address in a different country than the credit card's billing address.
